So today was the first of my two weeks of the fashion module...It was so exciting, I had so much fun! Over the weekend I did some analytical drawings based on last semester's brief 'To Sense My Space'. Since my project had been based around human traces I decided to draw old rusty gates and paint-peeling stone walls. I was able to get some really interesting lines and shapes from these. Today I isolated two shapes which I like. I enlarged them with the photocopier and cut them out with brown paper. I then spent the afternoon placing the paper onto the mannequins to create other interesting forms and shapes. I'm excited to start into knitting tomorrow !!
