Knitting !!

   Today was knit ! It was such a fun but crazy busy day.... We started this morning shredding old material, I used an old grey cotton tshirt to shred and use as yarn. I then made a multicoloured ball of yarn based on a colour study of a photograph from my previous project. We were knitting at every available time space..... After lunch we began felting. It was so interesting and I'm excited to experiment further with this over the week. I was using some coloured threads to mix in with the felt.... We learnt fringing too. We have until next Tuesday to create some swatches and a finished piece......I'm actually so excited to get stuck in !!
